Microsoft Cuts E-Mail Price, a Bid to Ward Off Google
Microsoft Corp., the world’s largest software maker, will cut the price it charges customers to store and run their e-mail systems, a bid to keep Google Inc. from making inroads in the market.
Microsoft will now charge $10 a month per user for its Business Productivity Online Suite, down from $15, said Vice President Ron Markezich.
